It’s tray-bake time! (Using up leftovers)

I had a rummage around the fridge and freezer when I got back from work, and found the following ingredients.
3 Toulouse Sausages
A pepper
Some Shallots
Home-made Tomato and Chilli Sauce, about 4 tablespoons.
In true frugal style, I combined all of the above in an oven dish, with garlic cloves and a tin of chopped Tomatoes.



This was baked in the oven for about an hour at 180 degrees, for the last 20 minutes I put in a couple of slices of bread smeared with crushed Garlic and buttered.
I started to cook the pasta on the hob, but as the sauce was still quite liquid I added it to the dish in the oven for the last 5 minutes. It soaked up a bit of the juice, all in all a good use of leftovers.
